How-to Guides

Every SeniorPhoneGuide tutorial follows the same patient, beginner-first format — so you always know what to expect.

The format, step by step

Big-number steps: each step is numbered and shown in large, easy-to-follow type — do one, then move to the next.
Model and version notes: phones differ. Where menus or wording change between iPhone models, Android versions, or brands like Samsung and Pixel, we say so plainly.
Troubleshooting: if a step does not match what you see on your screen, a troubleshooting section tells you what probably happened and how to fix it.
FAQs: short answers to the questions beginners ask most, in plain language.

These are our first four guides. More iPhone, Android, and online-safety tutorials are on the way.
